[Adium-devl] Using NSUserDefaults for preferences (or not)

Updated diff: 
This diff excludes message history and a couple other defunct object- 
specific preferences when doing the upgrade.

I'm posting it for future use, perhaps, and for archiving.. 'cause  
I'm reverting all these changes locally since I can't handle Adium  
being ridiculously slow any longer.

Nope, though it was for a period of time when we were talking about  
using an SQLite based log database.
