So I'm assuming the remaining ~4% is 10.2? Sounds like we can safely  
drop it for 1.1.

Jeff, could you make a graph showing how that percentage changes over  
time? We could get four data points if we did it per month. I'm  
interested in the drop-off rate of 10.3 crash reports.
