Well, it was sort of semi-closed before, but once I found it, I got 
onto it pretty easily :)

In my opinion, it shouldn't be advertised to anyone but developers, 
contributors and possibly patch-writers, thus you keep the numbers 
down. Also, flaming any support requests could be fun :P
