Revert libintl to the version before http://hg.adium.im/adium/rev/188c4f270ddb.

http://trac.adium.im/ticket/15996 still happens with the binary that was added in 188c4f270ddb, and now the 1.6 branch should run on 10.6.8 again while I try to figure out how to patch gettext properly.
